The City of West Liberty Parks & Recreation Department will host its annual Trick-or-Treat Trail event on the Heritage Trail adjacent to Elm Street on the west side of the city between the historic depot Museum and the West Liberty High School. Costumed characters are asked to line up on the trail at the south high school entrance before 5 p.m. The event takes place until 6 p.m. and ends with free pizza at the Depot in Railroad Park.
