WL Rotary Club's Project Warm hits another stellar year

Every year the Rotary Club of West Liberty helps provide coats to all ages within the local community.

Rotary President Ken Brooks had this to say:

“I am incredibly heartened by the overwhelming success of this year's Project Warm. The generosity and community spirit demonstrated through this initiative have truly exemplified the core values of Rotary. I am thrilled that, together, we raised over $2,000 to purchase new coats.”

“This remarkable achievement speaks volumes about the kindness and compassion prevalent within our community. Additionally, the outpouring of support in the form of gently used coat donations significantly bolstered our efforts. It is a testament to the communal spirit that defines West Liberty.”

“The impact of this project is quantifiable not just in the funds raised or coats collected, but in the real, tangible difference we have made in our community. Distributing 335 coats to those in need is a milestone that each one of us can be proud of. It reflects our commitment to service and our ability to come together to support our neighbors in times of need.”

“I extend my heartfelt thanks to every member of the Rotary Club and the wider community who contributed to this cause. Your generosity has provided warmth and comfort to many, and it's moments like these that truly underscore the essence of what it means to be a part of Rotary.”

“Let's continue to work together with this same spirit of service and unity as we undertake future projects, always striving to make a positive impact in the lives of those around us.”
