Wester Drug has partnered with West Liberty Community School District in order to provide a Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic for children between the ages of 5 and 11.

The first dose would be administered Thursday, Nov. 18 from 3:30 – 6 p.m. and the second dose on Thursday, Dec. 9, starting at 3:30 p.m. Both clinics will take place at West Liberty Elementary School, 806 N. Miller Street. After receiving their shot children will need to stay for a 15-minute observation period before leaving.

Anyone interested will need to fill out the COVID Vaccine Consent form to bring to the clinic on Thursday. A parent/guardian will need to complete and sign the consent form since the children are under the age of 18.A copy of the form can be obtained at the main office of the Early Learning Center, Elementary School, Middle School, or in the District Office. Wester Drug would be happy to answer any questions and can be reached by email at mgarvin@westerdrug.com or by calling 563-263-7044.

Parents who would like their child to receive the vaccine but cannot make it to the school vaccines can reach out to Wester Drug to arrange a different time at one of their offices in Wilton or Muscatine.
