DES MOINES —Mediacom will provide fans with live television coverage of all state football semifinal games leading to the IHSAA State Championships. Across all classes of competition, Mediacom’s local channel, MC22, will carry live coverage of all semifinal games and complete replays for each championship game.
Coverage kicks off from the UNI-Dome starting on Thursday, Nov. 12, and continues through Saturday, Nov. 14. Television coverage on MC22 will begin at 9 a.m. daily. Iowa High School Sports Network (IHSSN) will also live-stream the games at ihssn.com.
The IHSAA state championship football finals are scheduled for the following week, Nov. 19-20. Live coverage will be carried on local broadcast TV stations that have partnered with IHSSN. A free live-stream will again be available at ihssn.com. MC22 will show complete replay coverage of each championship game at noon on Saturday, Nov. 21, and at noon on Sunday, Nov. 22.
The games will be produced by IHSSN and will be carried on Mediacom’s network to reach all subscribers in more than 300 Iowa communities (channel 822 or 722).
