Aquarius Club reminds people who wish to participate in the Star Tree project that gifts need to be turned in by Friday, Dec 8. Stars indicating a child’s age and gender may be selected at the West Liberty State Bank or MidWest One Bank. Presents should be wrapped or bagged (bags preferred), labeled with the chosen stars (or your own labels indicating age and gender) and turned in at the banks.
For many years, generous community members have purchased gifts for deserving children from birth to age twelve and donated them to the Voluntary Action Council holiday project. All gifts are distributed within the West Liberty Community School District.
