Community Bank and Trust Company, headquartered in Muscatine, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosy Avalos Eichelberger as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer. Rosy, a native of Muscatine, brings more than 20 years of estate planning and probate experience to the organization.
Rosy previously served as Managing Partner of Eichelberger Law Office PC, a law firm that she owned and operated with her husband, John, since 2002. Rosy graduated with a B.B.A in accounting from the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie College of Business and her J.D. from the University of Iowa, College of Law.
Rosy has served in various leadership capacities on multiple state and community boards. These roles include Past Chairperson for Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Muscatine County Civil Service Commission, and past President and Treasurer of the Muscatine County Bar Association.
