The Muscatine County Fair will host its annual meeting Oct. 27 at the Activity Center at 7 p.m. Fair Manager Kelsey Morris will present an overview of the 2020 year and her outlook for 2021.
There will be an election for the board of directors. Anyone who holds a membership with the Muscatine County Fair, and is 18 years old or older, is eligible to run for the board of directors. Applications can be filled out in the fair manager’s office by Oct. 23. Anyone who purchased a fun pass to the 2020 Muscatine County Fair is eligible to fill out a membership form to the Muscatine County Fair, which provides a vote at the annual meeting, or memberships for the 2020 year can be purchased the night of the annual meeting.
The annual meeting is open to the public and all persons are urged to attend as the meeting provides an opportunity to learn more of the operation of the county fair, and ideas for the upcoming fair.
