On Aug. 24, the League of Women Voters of Muscatine County will be hosting Muscatine City Administrator Carol Webb at Musser Public Library (room 301) at 6:30 p.m.
Ms. Webb will speak about her role as the city administrator, and plans for the future. A question-and-answer period will follow. The public is welcome to attend.
