Former West Liberty Public Library Director Deb Lowman will be the featured artist at the Brick Street Gallery’s “First Friday” event to be held on Friday, Nov. 3, from 5-7 p.m. Located just east of Fred’s Feed at 104 West Third Street, the Brick Street Gallery features works of many local artists, for viewing or purchase. The gallery, operated by the non-profit West Liberty Area Arts Council, is open Tuesday through Friday from 2:30-5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Lowman’s art will be featured through the end of November.
