Although there is still some finish work to be done, the new playground at Kimberly Park in West Liberty may open this Thursday at noon, according to city park department director Nick Heath, this sign being taken down. The $225,000 playground has something for kids of all ages. Famillies are reminded to use social distancing rules and lots of hand sanitizer in playing in the area.
