Cedar County Emergency Management is planning an informational event for all Cedar County residents affected by the derecho. The event will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Bennett Peace Church from 6 to 8 p.m.
There will be information and/or representatives from various agencies that might be able to assist residents with storm recovery.
