Friday at West Liberty High School

Blood donors south in West Liberty

Posted

A community blood drive has been set at West Liberty High School this Friday, April 29, by Impact Life, the local blood center based in the Quad-Cities.

Students have a number of benefits in providing donations as each time they provide blood, they are a step closer to earning a red cord and recogntion at graduation. Donors will also recieve a special voucher for a $10 gift card and, in honor of Earth Day, a tree will be planted in honor of the donor. The early morning to afternoon event is open to the general public, but donors should sign up through the high school office or the bloodcenter.org website.
