The family of Chris Wilson will be having a surprise 65th birthday party to honor her.
The party will be at 1 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 25, at 211 Short Street in Nichols. Everyone is invited. Gifts are not expected.
Chris was born in Muscatine.
She married the late Wayne E. Wilson on Oct. 23, 1982.
She was employed by West Liberty Community School District for more than 20 years.
She retired in 2020.
She has one daughter, Ellie Jo Wilson, of Nichols and one grandson, Remington Jedlicka.
