After investing in two different sets of street-side Christmas decor, the City of Atalissa now has Christmas lights for the first time in years. Caught hanging the decorations on Monday was a team from TuliP Construction including Mike Westcott. Travis Parry was directing the endeavor for the city. He said about 30 ornaments were purchased, but not all would be hung this year as the city had a hard time finding brackets to attach the decor to street poles.
