Alvin Jarvis, 95, formally of West Liberty, died July 24, 2021.
Al graduated from West Liberty High School in 1943 and was a WW ll Veteran. He had his own construction/concrete laying business in West Liberty. In 1985, he and his wife Cecilia (Dee) started farming and raising cattle near Melrose, Iowa.
