Anyone outside Saturday night might have witnessed some odd occurrences around town, such as sledding in a basket or someone getting a haircut on the sidewalk.
Community members participated in a scavenger hunt hosted by the West Liberty Country Club, in which teams were given a list of tasks to complete and record while doing them.
Afterward, the recordings are shown to everybody as they gather to see how the hunt went for everybody.
Manager Karen Forbes said the game was a way to ease the monotony of winter time. She plans to host more hunts through the year.
Tasks included going into Jeff's Market and singing "I Wish I Were An Oscar Meyer Wiener" near the hot dogs section and thanking the business for the contributions to the community.
